This 8.4m x 3m (25 square metre) tiny home was constructed with love and tenderness at our Auckland site to the highest standard of New Zealand’s building code. If this tiny home was a puppy looking for her forever home she’d be a collie and we’d call her ‘Beatrice’, and she’s ready to be delivered to you anywhere in New Zealand! Come to our show yard in Ranui to meet Bea and her friends.
Bea is built with wood materials Kiwis know and trust: external cladding, framing, and internal walls, and insulated in the ceiling, walls, and under the floor. Bea has carpet and vinyl throughout so you’ll feel like you’re in a home, not a chest freezer. She also has a large double bedroom, a separate spacious living area with kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
All of Bea’s kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is included in the auction price. Double-glazed ranch slider and windows provides light and air while still keeping you warm and dry. Bea also comes with gas/electrical certificates, instant hot water via a gas caliphont, LED lighting, and plenty of power points so you can have fun everywhere.
Appliances like fridge, oven, washing machine can be added so you can decide whether Bea arrives low cost and functional (Sunday afternoon sweatpants) or premium (full bling for Saturday night on the town).
To make sure Bea is comfortable as your new home we will arrange delivery and siting (piles or trailer), fully insured from us to you, but this will be an additional cost because, well, we don’t know where you live yet.
