Benji is constructed with wood materials trusted by Kiwis for generations: external cladding, framing, and internal walls, with lots of insulation in the ceiling, walls, and under the floor. Benji has carpet and vinyl already laid so you can start living immediately. He also has a large double bedroom, a separate spacious living area with kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
All of Benji’s kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is included. A double-glazed ranch slider and windows provides light and air while still keeping you warm and dry. Benji also comes with gas/electrical certificates and instant hot water via a gas caliphont (included), LED lighting and plenty of power points for all your electric doodads. Benji needs appliances so if you want Benji to clean your dishes, wash your clothes, and keep your icecream cold, tell us how flash you want to be and we’ll help you out. Benji comes house trained and we can arrange delivery and siting (piles or trailer), fully insured from us to you, at an additional cost because your current location is a mystery to us.
